Ladies: Go Shop Vegas

I’ve been telling any of you ladies out there who care to listen about my learning the subtle strategies required to properly navigate and utilize Twitter. I’d never set foot on Twitter before the end of last year and when I did set up an account for Ladies Love Las Vegas I really couldn’t see the value of how Twitter could make folks more aware of our fledgling web site. Well, I’m happy to report that once I got used to Twitter, I’m hopelessly addicted!

I’ve found a group of Las Vegas bloggers that keep me and our Twitter followers totally up to date on all the current LV happenings. I feel that following us on Twitter would give any of you ladies either in Vegas, or about to come here, the greatest tool for finding the best deals, meals, and activities provided for you by the minute. Not only have I had the opportunity to play with a new social media network, I’ve had the chance to converse with other ladies and guys who are passionate about loving Las Vegas. As a matter of fact, through Twitter, I actually was invited to have coffee last week with a lovely Vegas fashionista by the name of Laura Coronado. She wanted to chat about sharing ideas for our sites and maybe doing some features together in the future.

Laura recently left her “day job” to work full time on her Vegas shopping blogs/sites: www.lollieshopping.com and www.goshopvegas.com. A self proclaimed shopping and fashion expert, Laura created her blogs for much the same reason as Terry and I created ours: ladies kept asking us for our expertise, so to speak. Since fashion is Laura’s passion, and saving a buck isn’t a bad thing either, Laura decided to scour Vegas for the best shopping deals and share this info in her blog. She also offers expert opinion of what is the best shopping in LV with a focus on fashion.
