Night Life

Las Vegas is not only known for the gambling night life, but in recent years, for its fabulous clubs. Young people as well as celebs come from far and wide to see and be seen in all the hippest spots. Be aware that some of the clubs charge for admission and some have long lines to get in.  Most club-hoppers are nicely dressed from what we have seen. Be prepared to spend a lot of money for beverages and even more money if you would like to “buy” a table to sit and take a load off. Many clubs require a table to buy a bottle or 2 of booze that cost in the hundreds of dollars. We will post cover charge rates when available. If you are a local ask about discounts on cover charges.

There are so many places to go at night here in Vegas that we could probably never find them all! For now, we are starting with the big, strip venues and we will continue to update with “hide-aways” and local favorites. We continue to rely on your input to add more substance to our lists.

Tequila Bar: casual cantina– open daily 10am-6am daily

Bellagio

The Bank: Bellagio’s VIP nightclub– open 10:30 pm-4am Thurs-Sunday

Caramel: Sophisticated martini lounge open– 5pm-3am Mon & Tues, 5pm-4am Wed-Sun

Fontana: Live bands, no cover charge, and a great,GREAT place to sit on the terrace and view the fountain shows at the Bellagio. Last time we were there, they had a small bite menu as well. Get there early if you want a good seat on the terrace–open 5pm-1am Sun-Thurs, 5pm-2am Fri & Sat. HINT: If you like to play video poker, you can play dollars at the Fontana bar and enjoy the band from there in the evenings.

Cleopatra’s Barge: rotating DJ’s and floating dance floor –open 8:30pm-3am daily
