On your next trip to the Venetian, check out Buchon! It’s Thomas Keller’s ultimate bistro and one of our favorite places to dine in Vegas. The atmosphere is vintage bistro inside and serene terrace outside. Specialties include an impressive raw bar and French country “comfort food.” Warm pistachios and braided bread are served upon arriving and the hits don’t stop coming. Try the filling steak frites, country pate, or roasted leg of lamb. We find the service efficient and friendly. Reservations are a must on weekends. The dress is casual but more upscale.
Entrees range from $17 to $35
Bouchon Las Vegas is open daily, serving breakfast between the hours of 7:00am and 10:30am and dinner between 5:00pm and 10:00pm. A midday oyster bar is open from 3:00pm to 10:00pm daily and brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays between the hours of 8:00am and 2:00pm.
